Terms and Conditions of Intivar™
General
Please note that you should be at least 18 years of age and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Web Site and the purchase of the Products is legal in the country in which you are resident and/or in which you are viewing this Web Site.
Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped using registered postal service and usually will be dispatched within 5 days upon confirmation of your order. The maximum delivery time for any country is around 20- 30 days. In some cases, if you are not home the package will be made available at your local post office. If you do not receive the order during this time, you should check with your post office and also email us at enquiry@smithmeyers.com to get your tracking update. In case you miss a delivery, you might have to pay a reshipping fee.
Refund policy and terms
We can only accept refund by automated refund system this is to speed the refund procedure up and avoid lengthy delays.
Refund is only applicable for the purchase of 2 units and above to qualify for the minimum 6 weeks usage.
Before requesting a refund the following conditions need to be met:
- You must have used Intivar™ as explained per the instructions.
- You must request the refund within 2 months (60 days) of purchasing Intivar™ and return everything to us within 2 months (60 days) of the purchase date. We will only proceed with the refund if you not seen any benefits since taking Intivar™.
- You must write to us at enquiry@smithmeyers.com, stating the reasons why you wanted a refund. You must get our consent before sending back the refund product to us. If you did not get our consent before sending back the product, we reserve the right to reject your delivery, or issue you with a partial refund. Upon passing the 60 days warranty, we reserve the right of not refunding to you. If you require us to ship back, a fee will be applicable. You must return all units or free gifts to qualify for a refund.

- For refunds, we require the product returned in its original packing and form, even though opened and used. In any instance, please do not open more than 2 units of Intivar to fulfill the minimum 6 weeks of usage.
We strongly suggest that you send your parcel to us using a COURIER service, which tracks the delivery of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any packages sent to us, which use a non-tracked method.
Please Note: A processing fee of $10 per bottle will be applied to all refunds.
CancellationsYou may cancel your order with us providing that you return any and all products (including any free goods) already delivered to you at your expense by registered post as soon as possible. It is important that you have not used or opened any of the products otherwise you are not eligible to cancel your order.
Please Note: A cancellation handling fee of $5 per bottle will be applied to all cancellations.
